Student Test-Booking

 

Welcome to the Student Test-Booking and Accommodations website. You can use this website to:

  • Schedule tests, mid-terms, or quizzes
  • Schedule final exams
  • Check your upcoming scheduled tests and exams
  • View your testing accommodations that have been assigned by your case manager

READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY

 

SCHEDULE ALL OF YOUR TESTS AND FINAL EXAMS NOW!  Schedule your tests and final exams as soon as you have the dates.    If you have test and exam dates on the syllabus at the beginning of the semester, you can schedule them all at once.  You don't have to wait until a test or exam date nears.  Do not wait until the dates approach!  You are able to schedule all the tests and final exams for which you have dates in one sitting.

 

It's easier to change the date of a test or exam than to miss the deadline and have to take it in class without your accommodations.

 

If, with your extended time, your total test time goes past the Adaptive Services testing hours, or it overlaps another of your classes, the system will not allow it to be scheduled and will tell you no seat is available. 

Also, please make sure your test starts early enough that it ends by 5:45 Monday-Thursday or 4:45 on Friday.

The deadline to schedule a test is four business days prior to the test date, ten business days for final exams.  Weekends and national holidays are not business days.  Adaptive Services is not open on weekends or on days that the university is closed.

Double-check that the date you schedule a test is the correct date.

 

If a test date changes after you have scheduled it, inform Adaptive Services via phone, in person, or email adaptive@fgcu.edu.  Once a test is on the schedule, you do not need to schedule it again if the professor changes the date.  Our office will move it for you.

 

 

Testing hours in Fall and Spring semesters:

Monday-Thursday    7:30 a.m.-5:45 p.m.

Friday                   7:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m.
